GIM specializes in energy efficient prefabricated homes. First we start by framing walls with steel studs for structural rigidity. Then we install customer selected exterior siding, completed electrical, and finish with drywall to be delivered to the site for installation. Once on site all the pieces are installed with roofing and solar panels to provide the electricity for the home whether on or off grid. Our homes come in many shapes and sizes.
